We believe in keeping our pricing simple and consistent. That’s why we’ve moved to a flat rate of £35 per night * irrelevant of breed or size, all year round (excluding the Christmas period).
All prices are inclusive of VAT and include food, heating and insurance.

Single Night Supplement: We charge a one off £10 additional fee for any single night stays for all kennel and cattery bookings.

All dogs are walked a minimum of twice a day in our own paddocks and have their own covered outside runs.
We also supply enrichment toys for stimulation when inside the kennel.
Vaccinations: Our licence and insurance insists that all our guests at Windmill Farm need to be fully up to date on their mandatory vaccinations and we must have proof of this uploaded to their profiles here. These can either be uploaded via your Kennel Booker profile, or you are welcome to email them to us, and we will upload them on your behalf.
The required vaccinations for our canine guests are the standard Leptospira (L2 or L4) and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza). And please note that if you are planning to vaccinate against Kennel Cough, you must allow at least two weeks from the date of vaccination before staying at Windmill Farm, as the Kennel Cough vaccination uses a live vaccine that can be passed on to other dogs within that two week window.
And our feline guests must be fully up to date with their core vaccinations, including feline infectious enteritis (panleukopenia) and cat flu (feline herpesvirus and calicivirus). Vaccinations must be valid at the time of their stay, with the most recent booster given at least 1–2 weeks before the booking start date.
All Kennels & Catteries are fully heated. A Vet is permanently on 24-hour stand-by.
